The Date has been set for the 2027 Homeowner's Meeting. Please put January 30, 2027, 10:00AM to Noon on your calendars
Visitors, please park your cars on our streets on the same side of the street as other cars already there. Because our streets are narrower than normal, parking on both sides creates a safety hazard for emergency vehicles as well as other community members. Your cooperation will be appreciated by all. |

Pet Owners - There have been some issues concerning pets getting loose or being off lease. Please respect the requirement for your pets to be leashed when off your property.
And please continue the good job you have been doing of picking up after your pets.
If you plan on holding any large events, please be considerate in where your guests park their cars. Ask them to carpool if possible.
